Est. 2023 / Donor Advised Fund
Garrett and Megan Brown, Jackson Township residents and high school sweethearts, have built both their careers and family in Stark County. Garrett, general counsel for Employers Health, first came to the area as an intern and summer legal associate at Employers Health, and Megan has pursued her passion here as a professional photographer. Though not originally from Stark County, the couple has come to deeply value the community for its strong schools, welcoming atmosphere, local opportunities and quality of life for families. With a desire to give back to the place they now call home, they have served on multiple boards and established a charitable fund at Stark Community Foundation to support the causes most meaningful to their family.
That generous and service-minded spirit is reflected in the wide range of causes they support through their fund, including their church, education initiatives and programs serving children and families. The arts also hold a special place in their hearts, making their recent support of ArtsinStark’s 2025 annual campaign a natural fit. Their grant helped strengthen ArtsinStark’s efforts to champion the arts as a vital part of Stark County’s quality of life— supporting creativity, cultural experiences and community connection. Through their thoughtful philanthropy, the Brown family is helping ensure the community they love continues to thrive.
