Dr. Dominic Bagnoli and Dr. Vivian von Gruenigen have dedicated their lives to healthcare, not only as accomplished physicians but also as leaders shaping the future of medicine. To ensure their passion for improving patient care extends for generations, they established a Donor Advised Fund in 2013 to support community initiatives and aspiring medical professionals. Dominic, who founded Emergency Medicine Physicians, built one of the largest physician-owned emergency medicine organizations in the country. His vision led to the creation of US Acute Care Solutions, where he now serves as executive chairman. Meanwhile, Vivian has made a profound impact as a physician leader, serving as a division chief, chair and chief medical officer for leading health systems in the area. As a professor at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), she continues to shape the next generation of healthcare providers, directing the university’s Master of Leadership in Health Systems Science program.

Committed to giving back, the Bagnolis actively support healthcare-focused initiatives that strengthen communities. Most recently, they endowed a scholarship at NEOMED to help students afford medical education. By investing in future physicians and health leaders, they are ensuring that their legacy of compassionate, high-quality care continues.
