These messages may include communication regarding donor services, grantmaking, scholarships, detail coordination, funding or application updates, requests for information or other Foundation-related matters.
Stark Community Foundation does not use SMS messaging to send marketing or promotional text messages.
By providing your mobile number to participate in Stark Community Foundation’s SMS messaging program, you opt-in and expressly consent to receive non-automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent to SMS communication is not a condition of any purchase, donation, participation, enrollment or application. Message frequency varies and may depend on the services and communications relevant to you.
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received in connection with Stark Community Foundation’s messaging program. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your text messaging and data plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network availability.
You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at info@starkcf.org to end SMS communications with Stark Community Foundation.
We value your privacy. Information obtained as part of the SMS communication process, including your mobile phone number, will be used solely for communicating with you regarding Foundation business. No mobile information will ever be shared with third parties or affiliates, or used for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide SMS messaging services on behalf of the Foundation.
