Pvt. Heath D. Warner and Chandler N. Warner Memorial Advised Fund

  • EST. 2007

Scott and Melissa Warner established a charitable fund in memory of their sons, Pvt. Heath D. Warner and Chandler N. Warner, as a way to honor their lives and perpetuate their legacies. A graduate of McKinley High School, Heath was known for his love for God, family and country. He was killed in combat on November 22, 2006 in Iraq while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Heath’s desire was to come back to Canton and help others achieve their dreams. His brother Chandler passed away on June 16, 2018 after a courageous battle with addiction. He graduated from McKinley High School where he was a member of the baseball, football and wrestling teams, and later attended Walsh University and the University of Akron. Chandler had an infectious smile and loved his family, music and playing guitar for friends. Through this memorial fund, the Warner family helps others in the community by making grants in Heath and Chandler’s names. The fund will eventually be passed down to Ashton Warner to carry on his brothers’ legacies.
