New Donor Portal Launching October 1

Stark Community Foundation strives to make giving easy, simple and flexible. To continue improving our services to our fundholders, we have upgraded to a new fund management software to enhance 24/7 accessibility through an online platform.

We are pleased to partner with Foundant Technologies, a company specializing in making philanthropy easier and more impactful. Foundant’s cloud-based solutions focus on making day-to-day tasks streamlined and more efficient.

Beginning October 1, DonorCentral, our current online program, will no longer be available, and fundholders will start using a new software called Donor Portal. The new Donor Portal will have similar capabilities with improved features.

Through the Donor Portal, fundholders can:

  • Check a fund balance
  • View recent gifts and each donor’s contact information
  • Download and print current and previous quarterly market summaries
  • Request a grant to be made to a nonprofit organization

Fundholders can continue using DonorCentral until October 1, when our new Donor Portal goes live, but DonorCentral usernames and passwords will no longer work for the new system.
