Health Foundation of Greater Massillon (HFGM), a supporting foundation of Stark Community Foundation, is accepting health and wellness grant proposals for its spring grant cycle until Friday, February 28 at 4:30 p.m.
Eligible applicants must be a tax-exempt private agency, 501(c)(3) organization (that is recognized as a public charity) or government entity. Proposals must demonstrate well-planned programs and activities that promote physical, emotional, behavioral and/or mental health and also directly impact residents living in Western Stark, Northern Tuscarawas or Eastern Wayne counties.
HFGM’s board of directors, comprised of local active and retired business professionals, will review grant proposals and determine which projects will be funded in May. The board places significant emphasis on data-driven philanthropy and strongly advises that grant proposals incorporate community data.
