Learn about the generous donors who have established charitable funds through Stark Community Foundation.
Stark Community Foundation is now accepting grant proposals for its fall discretionary grant cycle. The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, September 1.
Grant applicants must be tax-exempt private agencies, 501(c)(3) organizations or government entities located within Stark County or directly benefitting Stark County and in good standing with the IRS. The Foundation does not award grants to individuals except through scholarship funds. Projects that strengthen Stark County communities through economic development, education and neighborhood revitalization are given priority.
Request for funding is accepted only through the Foundation’s online grant application system. To apply and learn more about the Foundation’s grantmaking instructions and policies, visit www.starkcf.org and click on the “Grants and Scholarships” tab. Grant recipients will be announced in November.
Grants to the community are made possible through contributions from visionary donors who want to make a difference in the community.
