Tom Ferrero, past Stark Community Foundation Board Chair, received the 2016 J.S. "Sandy" Sanders Award of Merit from Massillon WestStark Chamber of Commerce on April 7. This award is given annually to an individual worthy of recognition for loyalty, devotion and continuing endeavors in making the Massillon area a better place to live, work and play.
Tom served as a member of Stark Community Foundation's Board of Directors and Distribution Committee for 11 years, including a one-year appointment as chair in 2013. Tom is the former city of Massillon law director and a private practice attorney.
