The Rev. Cecil A. and Mrs. Edna M. (Doll) Lightbourn Scholarship Fund was established to assist traditional and non-traditional students who are an active member of Mount Calvary Second Missionary Baptist Church in Canton, Ohio further their education as a college student. Applicant must have achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and demonstrate outstanding involvement both in academics and extracurricular activities.
