The Nancy L. Penny Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to assist high school seniors attending either Alliance High School or Marlington High School who will graduate with his or her class in May/June. Students must show proof of a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale; be accepted as a full-time student in college or university; demonstrate good character and show potential for post-secondary education success.
