The Massillon Fraternal Order of Eagles Jimmy Kiefer Scholarship Fund is awarded to three Stark County high school graduating seniors who will be attending an accredited two-or four-year college or university full-time and have a relative who is a member of FOE Eagles #190 in good standing.
