The Jeffrery Tyler Sweitzer Wrestling Memorial Scholarship Fund assists male residents of Stark County, Ohio who have achieved a passing grade point average. Criteria is based on (in order of preference): graduates from Hoover High School in North Canton, Ohio who have participated in the wrestling program; students attending West Liberty University in Wheeling, West Virginia; students graduating from any Stark County area high school who have participated in a wrestling program.
