During this community conversation, the Stark County Behavioral Health Collective and community members will work from a ‘North Star,’ and identify new kinds of collaborations, projects and initiatives that have the potential to positively impact behavioral health in Stark County.
This is not a public hearing or series of expert presentations. Rather, through these conversations and activities, the goal is to make wellness more possible for everyone in Stark County.
This conversation is the first in a three-part series of community conversations meant to build a roadmap for better behavioral health outcomes in Stark County. Conversations 2 and 3 will take January 17, 2023 and February 21, 2023. These subsequent conversations will identify projects and experiments and explore the creation of a community behavioral health roadmap. Additional details are forthcoming.
*Parking is available to the west of the building.
Stark County Behavioral Health Collective
At Stark County’s 2022 Health Improvement Summit, behavioral health rose to the top as a priority concern for the county, and a group of community leaders convened by Stark Community Foundation are working together to identify ways to improve outcomes together. With representation from nearly every sector in Stark County, the Stark County Behavioral Health Collective is on a journey to build a roadmap for Stark County, healthy in mind and body.
