Create Your Giving Plan

For donors who welcome more assistance in developing a giving plan, we offer a unique and strategic set of giving exercises that lead you (and your family if you wish) through the process of:

  • reviewing your past giving
  • considering your charitable motivations
  • identifying your interest areas
  • setting your giving guidelines
  • developing your charitable goals

If you desire, our team of experts can then connect you with local organizations within your area(s) of interest and present current needs or giving opportunities that help you achieve your goals.

Name Your Fund

Name your charitable fund in honor of your family, a loved one or choose to remain anonymous.

Designate Your Successor(s)

Identify who will carry out your philanthropic legacy by recommending grants from your fund after your lifetime. Your successor can be your child, a family member or a close friend. As Your Trusted Partner in Giving, you can also choose Stark Community Foundation to make sure your charitable intent is carried out in perpetuity.

Involve Your Family

For families who want to make giving a tradition, we can help facilitate family meetings —or start the conversation— about what causes and projects you want to support and their significance to your family.

Review Your Giving Annually

A member of our advancement team will contact you at least once a year to review your giving and grant strategies as part of our ongoing stewardship efforts.

We're here to help simplify your giving and amplify your impact. Contact our Advancement Team if you want to learn more or take advantage of these services at 330-454-3426 or donorservices@starkcf.org.
