Mark serves as president and CEO of Stark Community Foundation. He's the primary representative of the Foundation in the community and the leader in achieving the Foundation’s vision and mission. Mark joined the Foundation in October 2009.
Carrie serves as vice president and chief financial officer. She is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of Stark Community Foundation’s growing asset base and oversees the Foundation’s finance, accounting, investment management, audit and human resources operations. Carrie joined the Foundation in January 2019.
Amy serves as vice president of grants and community initiatives. She is responsible for Stark Community Foundation’s competitive grantmaking, the Foundation’s strategy, evaluation and research activities as well as oversees our neighborhood revitalization work. Amy joined the Foundation in March 2008.
Bridgette serves as vice president of advancement. She is responsible for increasing the Foundation’s endowed funds through a long-term perspective on prospect identification and development, and the provision of services to potential donors, current donors and professional advisors. Bridgette joined the Foundation in July 2012.
Stephanie serves as staff accountant. She is responsible for reconciling the Foundation’s bank statements, maintaining the quarterly allocations and reports, and preparing the necessary reports for the annual audit, tax returns and annual report. She also assists the Chief Financial Officer with payroll, life insurance and stock receipt issues. Stephanie joined the Foundation in April 2005.
Chris serves as finance and systems officer. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial processes of the Foundation in addition to the management of the Foundation's technology systems. Chris joined the Foundation in July 1997.
Melissa serves as donor relations associate. She provides high-quality support to the daily functions of donor management, scholarship management and overall stewardship activities of Stark Community Foundation. Melissa joined the Foundation in October 2019.
Dana serves as grants administrator. She is the central administrator of the grant process from the intake/entry point throughout the life cycle of the grant and provides clerical support for grantmaking activities. Dana joined the Foundation in January 2007.
Marilyn serves as director of community engagement. She is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Foundation’s community engagement activities, including all community outreach associated with the facilitation and training of leadership and management skills for the Foundation’s sponsored “grass roots” associations and other initiatives to develop social capital. Marilyn has been on staff with the Foundation since 2002.
Callie serves as director of marketing and communications. She is the primary resource for marketing and communicating our message. She is responsible for the leadership of the Foundation’s awareness building, storytelling, advertising and marketing programs. Callie joined the Foundation in May 2015.
Natalie serves as marketing specialist. She is responsible for managing Stark Community Foundation’s website and social media channels, designing publications, helping broaden the visibility and awareness of the Foundation and assisting with event planning. Natalie joined the Foundation in April 2020.
Deanna serves as secretary/receptionist. She welcomes visitors, answers and directs telephone calls to appropriate staff, responds to informational questions and ensures that the public areas of the office are properly maintained. Deanna also serves as staff support for the Foundation. Deanna joined the Foundation in October 2019.
Nicole serves as controller. In this role, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operation and participating in the design and development of accounting systems, procedures and policies for Stark Community Foundation. Nicole joined the Foundation in September 2019.
Sue serves as corporate secretary and administrative assistant. She manages daily office operations, provides administrative support for the Foundation’s executive staff and prepares all documentation and meeting materials for the working committees of the Foundation. Sue joined the Foundation staff in May 2013.
Amy serves as director of donor relations and program officer. She oversees the daily stewardship operations of the Foundation for the benefit of our donors and meeting their philanthropic goals. She also participates in Stark Community Foundation’s competitive grant review process by evaluating grant proposals, conducting site visits and recommending grant funding. Amy joined the Foundation in January 2017.
