Donation from a brokerage account.
You can donate stocks from your brokerage account. Your broker will ask you to sign a letter of authorization and Stark Community Foundation's DTC # and Account #. The securities will be transferred to JPMorgan Chase NA.

Call Pat for the numbers and tell us the name and quantity of securities you are transferring.

Donation by certificate.
Donors who hand deliver, send by insured mail, or express certificates to the Foundation need to send a second envelope with both a signed Letter of Authorization and a signed stock power which must have a Medallion Stamp guarantee. Call Pat for help.

Cash transfers through ACH
Call Pat for the ABA# and account numbers to make the transfer.
