Following a distinguished career as a local attorney, J. Whitney and his wife, Patricia, created this designated fund to support a number of nonprofit organizations in Stark County now and in the future.

Through a life estate gift, Mr. Aldridge established the fund to benefit the Community Charitable Fund of Stark Community Foundation.

Josephine Allensworth provided for this fund with a trust she created in 1977. The fund is to benefit programs in Stark County that serve neglected and abused children, the homeless and hungry, and for programs that promote the care and protection of animals.

John Henry and Nancy May Bell Allensworth Scholarship Fund

A generous gift from the estate of Nancy Allensworth established this fund. Scholarships are awarded annually to graduates or graduating seniors of Carrollton High School and Edison High School who are planning to pursue degrees at public colleges or universities in Ohio.
