Coleman Professional Services Partners with Stark Community Foundation

The Coleman Foundation, established in 1988 as the Kevin Coleman Foundation, recently established collaborative working arrangements with Stark Community Foundation and two other community foundations in its service area to manage and develop the assets of its restricted and unrestricted endowments. The community foundations will work to increase the endowments in order to serve more individuals and families in need.

Grants Available to Fight Hunger in Stark County

Date: June 7, 2017

Local organizations finding long-term solutions to hunger can apply for the third round of Future of Food Security funding through Stark Community Foundation. The application deadline is Friday, June 16 at 4:30 p.m.

In order to be considered for funding, grant applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization in good-standing, a tax-exempt private agency or a government entity located within Stark County or directly benefitting Stark County.

Health Foundation of Greater Massillon (HFGM), a supporting foundation of Stark Community Foundation, recently awarded more than $200,000 to local organizations to strategically address health and wellness issues facing residents living in Western Stark, Northern Tuscarawas and Eastern Wayne counties.
