The Carroll County Foundation

The Carroll County Foundation was created through an agreement with the Stark Community Foundation. The Carroll County Foundation exists "to promote and facilitate charitable and philanthropic giving for the benefit of the Carroll County community."  The Carroll County Foundation has a nine member Board of Governors, six of whom are appointed by Carroll County organizations and three of whom are selected as at-large members by the other members.
